Updates and Answers :)

I haven't posted in a few days, and I missed it, y'all! I'm always saying that aren't I?
Well, the past couple of days have been pretty exciting/scary/hopeful. Yesterday was my first day of official training for my job and today was my first day of paid training. It's not exactly what I expected, but that's good because I like not knowing what the next page holds in my life.

I'm being dramatic again. ;) Anyways, right now I'm basically observing employees, becoming familiar with the cash register and menu items, and also filling drinks for customers, which is more fun than it sounds, guys. Oh, and some of the customers are just so dear, and leave me feeling that this world is a nicer place than I thought before. So, while of course there's so much for me to learn and issues to get past, (I mean working with almost all young guys, I'm having to learn about "boy humor" and getting comments from elderly gentlemen saying that I'm a "pretty little thing", hahaha! I bet that won't be something that happens often though.) but I really think I'm going to enjoy it and I'm so thankful that I was given this. :)

Enough about that, on to the Disney questions y'all asked. ;)

#1 Favorite Character
I'm really having to think about this... I'm going to have to say Flynn Rider, because I love how he turns his selfish side over and literally offers his life in the end for love. Just a really awesome redemptive example, I think. Plus his sarcasm is a bonus.

#6 Favorite Prince
Uh-oh, I think I answered that one in the last question, haha. Okay, so my second favorite prince would be The Beast, because again, a character that changes their self-centered ways and learns about love. I'm a sap.

 #7 Favorite Animal Sidekick:
Gus-Gus! I believe he is such an underrated character. I mean, he's Gus-Gus, you know? It always bothered me though that he didn't get his corn...

#9 Favorite Princess Movie
How can I pick one? Hmm, well overall I'm probably going to have to say Beauty and the Beast. It's arguably the best made Disney animated film, and I personally think it may be. Plus the plot is unbeatable... and I sort of relate with Belle. She has my same personality kind of, haha.

#10 Favorite Non-Princess Movie
The Lion King. Me and my friend, Rebecca, went to see it when it came back to theaters a couple years back and we still thought it was awesome. Maybe even better than it was when we were kids. :)

#13 Favorite Couple
Goodness gracious, Carl and Ellie. The first few minutes of Up where it plays "Married Life" and shows their marriage throughout the years makes me cry, it's so beautiful...

#14 Favorite Kiss
Rapunzel and Flynn. That scene makes me cry. Alright, I cry at Disney a lot. ;)

#15 Favorite Hair
Pocahantas', because I wish my hair blew in the wind like that. I mean it didn't fly up in her face like normal people's does... you know?

#17 Favorite Dance
I was about to say Dmitri and Anastasia. xD Fox is not Disney though. Okay, I think it would have to be Giselle and Robert's Waltz to "So Close".

#19 Favorite Outfit
Giselle's turquoise dress she wore in the "How Does She Know" scene. Did anyone think it was strange though that Robert had curtains with that flowery pattern? ;)

#22 Favorite Disney Soundtrack
The Aristacats, because folks it was my very first CD to own, and you can't easily beat "Mr. O'malley" and "Everybody Wants to Be a Cat". Plus my alter ego as a little girl was Marie the kitten. I went around singing "Oh, a-rinki-tinki-tinki!" like she did... I was an odd lil' thing.

#24 Favorite Ride at Disney World
I haven't been since I was around eight or nine, but my favorite ride then and when I was two was "It's a Small World". I went on it over and over again. And when we got back the first time my sisters and mom made a homemade version for me in our house, made with dolls and stuffed toys, and strolled me around, pretending I was on the ride again. :)

#35 A Scene in Any Disney Movie That You Wish You Could Experience
I wish I could be in Tangled when the flying lanterns were being sent up. Wouldn't that be beautiful? *DreamySigh*

#36 Which World/Setting Would You Want to Live in the Most
The ocean in The Little Mermaid, because when I was little I pretended I was a mermaid (I read a Miss Piggy book where she became one) and always got a little sad when I realized it was an impossible dream. ;)

Thank you a bushel and a peck for asking me these questions, dearies! <3 :)
Now, if y'all would like to answer any of these, please do! I'd love to know. :D

  1. I love your answeres too. I also really like your reasonings, like especially for the first one because Flynn has always been funny to me but character wise, he had never been my favorite. But the whole 180 giving up being selfish, I guess that is kinda a sweet and big thing for him to do. :)

I also looove the Lion King, and I totally had forgotten that Anastia wasn't a disney movie! I sometimes think it is in my head. The Tangled scene...i hear ya. That, and the magic carpet ride scene and the flying to neverland scene always get me. I also get the relating to Belle thing too! And ive never seen Up but I want to. Annnnd lastly, lastly, YOU HAVE TO GO TO DISNEY WORLD AGAIN!!! :) Though, Its a Small World is a great ride. But yeah, you must come again if you haven't been since 8!

Bahaha yes about Pocahontas' hair! I always loved it too, but its so unrealistic :P

Dimitri and Anastasia!!!!! Hahaha yes! I would say them too, but I guess Enchanted works too :P
