When Michelle and I met it was not at all normal for me. I revived a random friend request on Facebook one afternoon and I wondered "Who is this strange girl that would send me a random friend request when I don't know her?" or something like that, I don't exactly remember what I thought. I noticed we had several mutual friends though from a homeschooling site I am a member on so I did a little searching on there to make sure she was not some creepy stalker. By reading her profile I found that she seemed pretty awesome actually, and quite like myself (not to say that I am awesome, because I don't think I am, but she is just that awesome that even though I don't think I am awesome and she is quite like me she is still really awesome). Well a few weeks or months went by, I can't quite recall, and we never did really talk. Then one wonderful week Michelle added my sister Caroline as a friend on Facebook and they would chat on occasion. Michelle and I started talking at the same time over our random status about loving Christmas music in September. We slowly began to talk more and more and then we became such good friends that nothing could separate us, other than distance because we have never actually met in person, but even distance can not defeat our friendship.
Five Random Things That Make Michelle Awesome:
Michelle is a very awesome person. Here are ten random things that make her awesome, aside from the fact that she greatly loves the Lord, is an awesome friend/sister, and is super sweet.1. She has an awesomely cute Alabaman accent but she does not see how cute it is.
2. She loves smiling and the quote from Elf about smiling "Smiling's my favorite"
3. She likes Christmas music year long. Which is pretty awesome because most people I know think it is strange that I like it year long so Michelle and I can share Christmas music at any time of the year and it will just make the other person happy.
4. She is an awesome writer and dreamer and her blog is just as the title says, a blog full of breath, smiles, and tears.
5. She is a sweet romantic and any guy who gets her will be terribly lucky and will have to treat he right or he will have me to deal with. ;)
As you can see Michelle is a totally awesome person with one of my favorite personality types (INFP), though it is my personality type as well so it is a good thing I like it. ps. I have been reading The Tale Of Despereaux which affected the way I wrote in the first half of this post. ;

Rachel is a lover of simple moments, coffee, nail polish, spontaneity, books, cold winter mornings, cards, family and friends, writing, lovely things, and most of all her Lord and Savior. She writes on her blog, Lavender And Honey quite often so why not drop by?
I love this. And both blogs. But these two things;
